Shopping:

Yes, it is necessary to log into your CattleBear account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast and convenient and also provides extra security.
Yes, we provide delivery for our products worldwide.
Yes, One can shop from anywhere around the world. Simply select any product you like and want to order then contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll proceed your order.
There are no hidden charges at CattleBear. The price you see on the product page is final and it’s exactly what you pay.
If you are placing your order from outside of India you simply need to follow few steps. Select the product you want to order and proceed for the check out, At the check out page you will find “Place your order on WhatsApp” option or you can just WhatsApp us with the product code or it’s picture and we will place your order.
NOTE : You may have to pay extra shipping charges for overseas delivery.

Order:

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery. You can also contact delivery personnel through the SMS you received.
On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, Please be patient as it must be delayed due to unserviceable area or holidays. You can also track your shipment through tracking you have and check the status of your order.
Orders usually ship within 1-3 working days. If your order has not been ship in more than 3 working days please contact our customer support so we can look into the matter. Also for pre-order products please check the dispatching date in description.
As per company policy, a shipment can’t be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.
An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. We will also let you know as soon as your order is shipped along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the ‘My Orders’ section on your CattleBear account.

Cancellations and Returns:

Once your order is eligible for Return/Exchange you will need to return the product to our address. When we receive the product we will dispatch it’s replacement and you will get all the shipping information thereafter. You can refer our Return and Refund policy here.
There are no returns available if you don’t like the product. Make sure you only order what you like.
Yes, once you place the order you can cancel it within 24hrs.
The pictures posted are for reference purpose only and it may slightly vary due to Camera, Display and Other factors. In case the product is exactly opposite than what you have ordered you can request for an exchange but you cannot return it.
If the product you ordered is exactly opposite than what you ordered or if it is defective, in these cases only you can exchange your product.
Yes, you can return any product associated with or produced by CattleBear.
You can return the product associated or produced by CattleBear within two days from the date of delivery. (Applicable only in India.)

Payment Options:

One can pay on CattleBear through Credit/Debit card or can use UPI apps such as GooglePay, PhonePe, PayTm etc. One can also choose Bank Transfer in case he/she does not have any of above options available.
Yes there is COD (Cash On Delivery) service available. The COD (Cash On Delivery) is currently available in India only.
There are plenty of options available to make payment from outside of India. One can pay through PayPal* (A basic fee of up to 5% extra is applicable) or Western Union, both Online and at Store or can transfer funds directly to our Bank Accounts. (You will find our bank details at the check out page.)
Yes, there are nominal charges applicable for COD (Cash On Delivery) service. CattleBear does not charge any shipping charges meanwhile the COD (Cash On Delivery) charges are solely charged by our courier partners.
To know your shipping charges for the location outside of India, one need to select the product and WhatsApp it to us. Later we will calculate shipping charges for the items and will let you know.
