  1. You need to submit all your details such as, Owner name, E-mail, Address, Contact information, Bank details, GST number etc.
  2. You only need to dispatch the item and we will take care of the shipping and delivery.
  3. You will not be charged for any shipping services.
  4. One should be manufacturer or own a boutique in order to be eligible to list their items on our website.
  5. Your items should be genuine and should meet our quality criteria mentioned below.
    a) The product should be original not copy/replica and should maintain the quality standards.
    b) The fabric should be same as mentioned in details.
    c) You should have all the rights to sell the product, later any complaints against copyright will not be our responsibility and one will be held responsible for the consequences.
  6. Payments for all of your items been sold will be settled between 1 to 5th of every month. You will receive an invoice with the details of every item been sold including all the taxes.
  7. Payments shall be made via Net Transfers, NEFT or RTGS only.
  8. Once the order is placed for your item the same should be dispatched within 2 working days.
  9. You should send all the item details in proper manner. Such as :
    a) All the items details should be noted in XLS file.
    b) The file should contain title, product code, fabric details, work, sizes and other details.
    c) The images of the items should be in high quality and should appear in visually understanding manner.
    d) You can also send real images of the item for better understanding of the quality and design.
  10. If any customer does not like your item or find any defect you are bound to take it back and it shall not be consider in your sold items.
  11. We run timely offers on items listed on our website and it benefits you in getting more orders. When we offer any discount on particular items we may take part of the discounted amount from you.
    a) Example : If we offer flat or up to 10% off on any item we will take 50% of it which is 5% from you. Means 5% will be deducted from your bill against the discount.
  12. Once your items are approved and ready to be listed on our website you will need to pay Rs. 1000 processing fees. This fee is used to give you the space on our server and to list your items. This is a onetime fee and you don’t need to pay it ever again.
  13. At any point, Shall we find any suspicious behavior such as, misuse of customers information, more than one complaint regarding the quality, too much delay in shipping, making private contacts with customers information provided etc. in such cases Yuvan reserves all rights to delist/remove your items at any time without any prior intimation or so and the legal action will be taken.
