- Our services are available worldwide and we do not charge any extra shipping charges across India but one may need to pay small charges in case of COD*. While the shipping is free in India for delivery in other countries standard shipping charges are applicable.
- Shipping charges for overseas depends on the weight of the product and one can find shipping charges at the checkout.
- If one refuses to accept the parcel from the delivery person or local customs office, CattleBear will not be responsible in any manner, Customer is responsible to complete any necessary steps required by delivery company or customs office [if required]
- Delivery time depends on the location and serviceable area and may take up to 7-8* working days after dispatching.
- For overseas delivery it may take up to 15-20 working days after dispatching.
- The dispatching is done within 2-3 days after the order is placed but is subjected to delay in case of holiday or any other crisis.
- In some cases confirmation of your order may take up to 1 working day. If the same item is not available then you can choose something else of the same price range or can request for the refund.
- If you want your order to be shipped to different addresses, we strongly suggest you to divide it and place each order separately. If you need few products to be shipped on urgent basis [subject to availability] we will divide it into multiple shipments and ship according to your advice.
- If any customs duty or any other service charge or fees is applicable on your parcel, you might get billed separately for it from delivery company or you might have to visit local government body or customs office for the clearance, Note that such Duties, Taxes and Service charges are not part of the payment made to us, and One is responsible to pay or resolve any such situation on His/Her own.
- If you provide the wrong or erroneous shipping address, you will be responsible for the further collection of your parcel. In such case no return or refund will be made and one will need to pay extra shipping charges to deliver it at the new address.
- In case of return, exchange or refund shipping charges will not be refunded and one may have to pay extra shipping charges as well.
