Return, Exchange and Refund:
CattleBear is committed for the best quality of the products with timely delivery and buyer satisfaction, But in case if you need to cancel the order you will have to do it in 24 hours of order placement (before it is dispatched), No cancellation will be accepted neither any refund will be made once the 24 hours time frame has passed and the customer is bound to accept the products he/she ordered.
1. We understand your concern regarding the quality of the product and can assure you about it, as all our products passes through strict quality checks. But unfortunately no returns are currently available nevertheless one can exchange the product in case of defect or color change, But not in case of size difference unless it is totally different than the one has ordered.
2. To claim for the exchange, One will need to proivde us a opening video of the package. The video must have clips/shots of package being opened and the damage of the product should be visible. We will not entertain any complaints if one fails to proivde us the opening video and not the video of the product only.
3. The shipping costs for returning the goods will be sole responsibility of customer.
4. No Refund, Exchange or Return will be made for overseas orders.
5. One need to check all the size charts and details before proceeding as sizing issues will not be qualified for any exchange.
6. Many of products are Semi Stitched and suitable up to certain sizes. We request you to check all the details regarding size and make sure it is appropriate for you to avoid any inconvenience in future.
7. While no return facility is available for the products produced/ sold by our vendors, products associated with or produced by CattleBear are applicable for returns. However, one needs to request for returns within 2 days from the delivery. (Only in India) (The return policy is available only for products produced by CattleBear.)
8. The color and the print of the product may slightly vary that the one listed. The images listed are for reference purpose only and is not obliged to appear as it is. The slight variation is possible and one should keep this in mind when placing an order.
9. Products ordered with sequins and stone decoration often come off even with best and careful handling, so it should be known while placing the order. Glued stones and handmade crafted products have high tendency to shed off and effects as a proof of their authenticity. This should not be mistaken for a faulty product. Handicraft, hand dyed items will always have certain minor differences. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same over screen. We request you to place an order keeping in mind these minor variations in the product as seen on a computer screen against the actual stone crafted products received.
10. Product quality depends on the price range you have selected, later if you face any issues or don’t like the products, We are not liable for Refund or Replacement.
11. In case of COD one will need to accept the order and will have to pay for it. No return or Exchange will be made in such cases unless it meets our Return or Exchange policy.
12. After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. And in case of customer. request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
13. Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture or opening video of the same in order to review your complaint.
